Mobility Equipment & Services has one simple aim – to be New Zealand’s most respected provider of services and products to help people with physical impairment have better quality of life.

Whether you own disability equipment or have received equipment funded by the Ministry of Health or ACC, Mobility & Equipment Services is here to help. We have been the authorised repair and maintaintenance provider for equipment owned by MOH and ACC, and those in the community, since 2000.

Our  team of experienced technicians have specialist skills, servicing and repairing of thousands of pieces of disability, medical and hospital equipment. MES always works to manufacturer’s specifications and has relationships with key suppliers, so can easily source parts for all equipment. Phillida Perry

Owner & Director
Phillida understands the need for quality products and services in the health and disability sector. Her brother suffered severe disability due to an aggressive cancer and his quality of life was totally defined by the care and equipment he received.
Phillida’s background is in business and law and her vision for Mobility Equipment & Services is to ensure that people with physical impairment are supported with high-quality services and equipment that give them a better quality of life.

Steph Kruze

Customer Service Administrator
As our customer service administrator, Steph is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call us.  Steph’s top priority is ensuring your equipment issues are resolved as efficiently as possible.
Steph supports MES in job scheduling, parts management and marketing – and will go out of her way to find the best possible solution for you and your equipment needs.

Office Administrator
Moving from Auckland to Tauranga for the great coastal lifestyle the Bay offers, Emily joined the MES team to further her career in office administration.
Emily is responsible for account administration at MES and she finds it rewarding working in the health and disability sector where she can make a difference for clients with equipment needs.
