Debs is one of the most caring and understanding people you will ever meet in her role as CEO for Mobility Equipment and Services. The knowledge Debs has is insane, her brain is like a fine-tuned filing cabinet and she knows exactly where everything is filed. She is a true force to be reckoned with.
With her unparalleled expertise and extensive knowledge in the field, she leads our team with utmost professionalism and finesse. Debs’ exceptional leadership skills inspire us all to reach new heights, and her ability to navigate complex challenges with ease is nothing short of remarkable.

Training Manager, Engineer
Famous for his battle cry of ‘wheres my keys’ ‘anyone seen my book’ John will laugh at himself, to himself and with others.
He has a sense of humour and singing voice that no-one can compare to! His skills as a trainer for the MES team are some of the best I have ever seen, he excels at it and loves showing and sharing knowledge to bring on the next generation of MES techs or to upskill our existing ones.
His admin skills however……… Johns guidance as senior technician has made a significant difference to a lot of his colleagues in the work place. John always provides exceptional training to his team. You will always see John cracking a joke or walking around the work place with a big grin.

Second In Charge
Jason has many awesome strengths that support me every single day while still laughing with and at me. He has a steel blade aura about him that allows no negotiation if he has said to do something.
He organises our H&S with ease and is very particular with how the workshop should present, something he takes great pride in. He is loyal and trustworthy, hilarious and cheeky.
He loves his team and brings everyone into our family following the way we have have always led – nurture and kindness.

Office Manager
Stacey is an Excellent office manager, she has earned the trust and respect of the team and will do any task given to her, she is always striving to be better for the business and the clients.
Stacey unfortunately owns a ford but that’s ok she is a woman. She is funny and always up for a chat but you can guarantee she will come and change your day up with no warning but she always has it sorted and it always works.

Administrator/ Job Scheduler
Our princess! Everything is about Jess and if not Jess then our clients. Jess has truly mastered the art of booking in jobs and scheduling the Annual Servicing.
We love that she doesn’t get blonde jokes and that she has such a wicked sense of humor. As a valued part of MES and its team, we could not imagine MES without her.
Jessica is my go to when something is not working, she stops, then quickly starts a new search to see if she can solve my issue - no matter what it is .

Service Technician + Mechanic
Anthony puts his all into the job and the clients – the clients take a natural liking to Anthony, they show this with feijoas, raw fish, coffees … he’s well fed at MES it seems 
His skills and how they immerse into the team were evident from day one and have added another level of expertise and experience. Antz has a great sense of humor and while a strong but silent type I can see he relishes the team banter by the sparkle in his eye and the hint of a grin.

Anthony has always been a get out and go technician. Anthony is great with clients and with his work colleagues. His sense of humour is ‘special’ but he will always get a laugh out of you.
Anthony can inundate the office with his phone calls, and if they don’t work then we get his emails to call him. Anthony will always go the extra mile.

Service Technician + IT Guru
The tech guru, king of google calendar, king of programming absolute legend musician. He is silent but takes everything in.
Has the best quirky nature and off the wall humour. Will do anything asked of him and is always sorry for bothering us but he never does cause us any bother, he is our MES delight.
Always happy to see everyone and will help everyone. Dean is AWESOME!!!! He is driven and dedicated when it comes to his work. He hold great value to MES and has strong work Ethics, also he loves Llamas.

AKA Tutu. Josh is always fiddling with something, when he’s asking questions, meant to be listening, he is a world class fidget. He is also one of our most loved techs, he is kind, has a wicked sense of humour and such an infectious giggle. We all love Joshie.

Keegan has joined us with a wealth of experience from various trades and is a man of many talents, he has been eager to jump right in to MES and learn more about us and our clients. He has a serious side to get everything right and works very well with process. He has an amazing skill for folding a fitted sheet! Loves cooking and also plays in a band.
He has a wonderful sense of humour and is guaranteed to make you smile every day.

What can I say about Jain??? He is a cheeky one! He is constantly making the CEO laugh, asks the weirdest questions and waits impatiently for an answer, then laughs and wanders off. He works very hard every day to see his clients and make sure they are happy.
Thank goodness he is part of the MES team because we could not imagine the team without him.

Gregg is one of our more serious guys. Likes to follow all the processes and get everything done perfectly. He catches us sometimes with his humour, we think he is being serious and then he has a giggle and a twinkle in his eye. A bit of a cheeky soul.
Clients love his gentle nature and how calm he is. MES is lucky to have him on board.
